AYAM PANGGANG MADU

Bahan-bahan:

1.5 kg kepak ayam
� cawan kicap pekat
3 sudu besar madu
2 sudu besar minyak masak
2 sudu besar sos tiram
6 ulas bawang putih }ditumbuk
1 sudu kecil lada sulah } ditumbuk halus - nak tambah lagi boleh jugak..ikut citarasa masing2 lah

Cara membuat:

Basuh ayam dan toskan sehingga kering.
Gaulkan semua bahan dan lumurkan pada ayam sehingga sekata
Perapkan selama 1 malam di dalam peti ais.
Panggang ayam di dalam oven pada suhu 200�C atau diatas bara api.
Semasa proses memanggang bolehlah disapu ayam dgn lebihan bahan perapan tadi berulang-ulang sehingga ayam masak.
Hidangkan panas-panas.
